Animal Science Department
The Department of Animal Science (A.S.D) is one of the five departments in the Agriculture College in Sulaimani University that is found in (1968), but after closing the University of Sulaimani by Iraqi regime in (1981) the (A.P.D) was closed, too. And for another time it opened again in (1996).
The students of this department are studying in purview of animal science to get BS.c & diploma after 4 four steps in two seasons ( autumn & spring), that taken the lessons of: Poultry, Sheep & Goat, Cattle, and Fishes...etc., in professional of: Animal Nutrition, Fields Management, Animal & Poultry Breeding, Animal Reproduction, Genetic, Animal Physiology, Animal Health and Diseases....etc.
